Radical Neurodiversity Must Happen

Today, not only is the autistic community more divided than ever, but it is too stubborn to be class and neurodiverse conscious. Some of them believe that we won't need complete self-advocacy of our people and distance from our neurotypical oppressive masters or soon-to-be killers of the spectrum. They do not see themselves as an independent kind but as part of a "literal disease" that is too dependent on both neurotypicals and the neurotypical system, and must be cured from their "liability". In reality, autism spectrum disorder and some developmental disorders are a result of genetic mutation that affect some of the world's population. These are not be hated or ignored but cherished as an important biological trait that benefited all types of species and even humanity since its former evolution of life on earth.
So this mindset that autistic people are ordinary or lower than ordinary and/or extraordinary needs to stop and go away, we keep thinking that autistic people are different individuals with different needs, true... but not a different kind or separate from the "normal man" that controls or tries to eliminate us, a different people with the same struggle that some rare neurotypicals are unaware of. It's true that we have a disability but it does not mean that we have an injury or a severe illness. We need to get rid of this mindset, we do still require help, but I doubt that the allistic society would help us as they still see us as just a burden and as human pets to be controlled, infantilized, or taken advantage of. As dolls to dictate our bodily autonomy, body language and to abide their social and societal norms. Along with that, they would also support organizations like Autism Speaks that don't represent us and that possibly want to get rid of us, by developing a "cure" against us, in order to make society normal. And no, we can't ask NT society for change since they are responsible for the structure in the first place. They will do anything in their power to maintain that social structure to benefit the allistic supremacist majority. We cannot rely on others, as others will sit on their butts all day long and do nothing for radical societal change. Ironically, they will complain about the system they live in without doing anything.
We must not rely on allistics or other autists and view them as saviors or the same as us, when that is not the case. Coexistence is not the problem. Giving ourselves to eradication is the problem. We must take example from the black and lgbt community. We must learn from their history and their cultural movements for change. It's a silly thought when it comes to it, but the possible reason why the African Americans and lgbt community are a good inspirational example comes from the X-Men comics. In a way, we are like the mutants from the comics. Born with a trait that gives them odd lifelong abilities, affecting people of every age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, faith, nationality, and social status. Mostly treated like misfits and outcasts for being physically and biologically different. Along with being seen as inferior, they want to oppress, segregate, exploit, and exterminate them, physically or by cure. We are the like the mutants, even Stan Lee took inspiration for the X-Men comics from the civil rights movement.
Like their struggles, we as an ignored people, should take examples from them. In order to be heard and amaze ourselves with freedom, we must distance ourselves from neurotypical society. We must prevent ourselves from being socially and culturally assimilated into allistic normality. We cannot be forced to adopt the social, cultural, and behavioral norms of the neurotypical dominated structure. Turning our lives into a living nightmare until our unexpected deaths. Facing every traumatic moment and being forced to act normal; talk normal, dress normal, eat normal, feel or express normal, stand normal, or even think normal without, in our entire lives, being able to act like ourselves. And when we question or criticize the pointless structures designed by the normal man, they will try to shut us down. Saying our questioning is foolish or, worse, punishing us, for stepping out of line. So I ask you, why should we be associated with our oppressors? You see radical neurodiversity is not just a sociopolitical call for strong action, but an advance to create new culture for autistic people. We must be distinct from the neurotypical culture that hurts our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We must be free to be inspirational and imaginative; taking notes from history, science, philosophy, anthropology, and sociology. And including ironically how our autistic cultural vales can benefit both neurodivergent and allistic groups if possible.
You see, we are the creative, imaginative, and critically logical people. Our ideas can benefit both worlds, but the NT education system is made to make autistic people unquestionably obedient. We are not taught about our freedom of choice and even have it limited. This oppression makes us have a much lower chance of succeeding. We are discouraged from pursuing our special interests and made to benefit the allistic class. Don't say the reason the educational system isn't progressing the success of neurodivergent people is because we don't have the required skills. Many neurodivergent people are very gifted and have interesting skills. History shows that some of the greatest minds are autistic. In reality, allistic teachers and neurotypical parents have the mindset that autism is a learning disability. They then decide not to share "neurotypical knowledge" and don't give a detailed explanation to autistic people. They don't give us the freedom of choice to choose what we want to learn. Therefore, autistic people end up being perceived as simple-minded and have choices made for them.
Do not forget that the NT-built education system is not fit for us. The schools are not equally structured and don't fulfil the requirements for neurodivergent people. Therefore, we should focus on building our own schools and colleges. These schools would accommodate and improve the education of autistic people over the NT-dominated system. The systems that were only built for neurotypicals refuse to give us full opportunities. This is why we should not only educate our brothers and sisters about the real truth of our kind, but must study other cultures and create our own that is free from the pointlessly strict rules of the NT. If possible, we can share the new culture that represents the truth of autistic people. As you may know, radical neurodiversity is the idea that neurodivergent people must abandon any type of liberalism. The idea that the government will help will not work. Instead, we must use radical action by any means like the Black Panther party. This includes training, self-defense, self-advocate insurgency, learning the truth about radical politics, and/or creating a nation for autistic and other neurodivergent people.
Intersectionality can be a good thing for a revolutionary movement, but it is pointless without taking action. While our brothers and sisters are getting bullied, abused, exploited, and oppressed under a silent genocide; people are sitting and hoping. We cannot continue to live in a society that wants autistic people to disappear. That's why we must no longer consider ourselves as individually less than ordinary and instead see ourselves as extraordinary. However, we must distance ourselves from viewing ourselves as neurotypical-like and not take reliance on change from the people that maintain the allistic dominant system in the first place. We must stop seeing ourselves from the perspective that we must be cured. We must not fight just socio-politically, but for our own culture. We must abandon the mentally and emotionally damaging ad conformist lifestyle and norms of NTs. We must experiment with creating our own system that will better our lives. Making our own art, music, fashion fiction, relationship, and family/value structure. This act of defiance will symbolize our free-spirit, non-conformity, avant-gardism, uniqueness, and pride.
